As a successful Customer Relations Manager, I was responsible for supervising a team of 20+ members and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. In this role, I developed and implemented effective strategies to enhance customer experiences, resulting in increased loyalty and positive feedback.
I held daily communication huddles with my team members to discuss key performance indicators and proactively respond to any questions or concerns they may have had. I also ensured that all areas of the front end were up to date with company and government compliances regarding safety and financial services.
