Develop and implement sales training programs, including functional sales onboarding curriculum, ongoing skill development, product knowledge, and sales process training.

My Story

Ms. Amina Ward is a native of the Caribbean, Trinidad to be exact. She has always had a passion for teaching and helping others learn. She began her journey by migrating from Trinidad in 2010 to the United States.

Her first stop was to become a dentist, but because she needed to get on her feet right away, Ms. Ward took the shorter way and enrolled in a Dental Assisting course at Fortis Institute in Wayne, New Jersey. She then applied her skills and knowledge learned, In the field of dentistry, she mastered dental assisting skills. Doctors enjoyed working with her because she is always on top of things when it comes to any procedure or task given.

In 2018, Ms. Ward decided she wanted to take her career to the next step, she applied to become a dental instructor at the Westchester School for Dental Assistants and taught there for a period of five years both day and night classes. She also worked temporarily at Zollege College school in Atlanta on Saturdays, building the integrity of their dental program. While pursuing her passion, she continues to finish her degree in communications and mass media, as she has always dreamt of becoming a journalist.

Currently, Ms. Ward works at a reputable radiology company, which is globally known, her position as the Digital Training Specialist, is the train the end-users (dental staff) on capturing the most precise dental X-rays along with reading and understanding the image in a three-dimensional software. She also creates digital workflows for the dental office, training the staff on how to scan, design, and print.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, going to museums, and travelling.
