Ensures that Administration/Facilities & Projects creates effective operational plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with operational needs to ensure the maintenance of the facilities & services as well as managing the manpower and outsourced resources.

Leading the administration department in the company. responsible for daily operations, real estate projects, and nationwide facilities maintenance and HSSE.

Managing fleet management and company transportation-related issues. Employee pick-up and drop-off, vehicle maintenance and insurance, fuel analysis, and corrective actions to reduce fuel pilferage.

Digitization and automation of several processes and systems, including travel, fleet management, contract management, events, workplace utilization, mobile printing, office access, etc.

Joined CMPak in July-2007 as Executive Administration worked on different roles in Administration department Became Manager Administration Services in 2011.

Major Responsibilities

Financial planning for administrative budgeting CAPEX and OPEX.

Management of Human Resource of category B and C employees i.e., recruitment, compensation, T&D, etc.

Policy compliance, developing agile processes and monthly review of critical indicators.

Financial reconciliation and reporting of the same to senior management.
