I am pleased to recommend Ray McMiller as the candidate for any position applied for. I have worked with Ray for the past two years at Miles College. His presence at the college has affected so many people, including myself. Ray is an excellent student, professional, and has exceptional motivating skills when relating to fellow classmates. His classmates give him much praise on his leadership skills and creativity, in which they claim his ability to convey instructions to his classmates is not like the majority. Ray presents a high-level of academic and professional performance. He is also able to be a self-directed learner with very limited guidance or instruction needed. Ray is a forward-thinking individual, who strives to be the best at whatever he does and he invites challenging projects that stimulates his growth.

Ray is highly intellectual and he is proficient in all subject matters and one of the few I can vouch for. Ray is determined to persevere until he meet his academic, professional, and personal goals. He has a natural talent for problem-solving, critical thinking, coding and training. He is a pleasure to have in class and I learn from him as well as he learns from me. Just to give an example of his brilliance, Ray was one of sixty-seven out of nine-hundred engineers chosen to attend Silicon Valley this year to build a 5G chip. Ray is also a volunteer for Miles Women’s Outreach program at Pathway Women’s Shelter.

Ray is born to be brilliant and I would really appreciate you opening up your doors to allow this profound young man to be a blessing to you as well as he has been to the Miles College. Ray and I also share in personal and professional business ventures, working together to establish a better presence of computer information science at Miles College and for the youth. Ray has become a student mentor for me when I need other students to be encouraged. Mr. McMiller has truly been an influence to me as an educator and has encouraged me to tap back into my technical life as an Information Technology (IT) Professional. Mr. McMiller is one of my contacts for technical solutions as well as other IT Professionals. In my view, Ray compares favorably amongst those in the field of computer information science and information technology. While on the job, he maintains an inquisitive attitude that explores every opportunity available to obtain the best solution.
