Customer Service Team Lead

I have worked in Customer Service for over **+years. I was working at a company, Ameriben IEC/Elevance for over 13 years.

I took inbound and outbound calls, before moving into a Team Lead position, which included the duties of working to ensure my team members met their goals. I was also taking calls when needed.

I had to address escalated calls if needed and also address issues from members or providers.

I have also worked at Chevron Gas station for 2 years, where I also worked with customers.

I have worked with Microsoft Teams and outlook. I have worked on Excel Spreadsheets.
