Normalized existing database and created a tool to create CRUD classes.
Architected and developed a service monitor and management system that included a multi-threaded Windows Service component, an AJAX based web site and a library allowing any application or service to be monitored and managed via the web site. The system allowed for multiple instances of any service to be monitored for redundancy with automatic failover and recovery.
Architected and developed a SIP based wakeup system to be used in hotels. Several base classes and interfaces were created allowing for the system to be easily modified to accept different providers, Cisco, Nortel, Avaya, etc… System was designed to scale to an infinite number of servers with a redundant load balancer component that intelligently distributed the calls.
Architected and developed a visual queue/parking lot application allowing a small number of operators to manage high incoming call volume. Calls arrive, are automatically parked and displayed to the operators who can drag and drop the calls to transfer them. Rules based engine allowed calls to be automatically forwarded based on the incoming or destination number or to be given priority in the visual queue.
Created a .Net library that could be easily integrated into applications allowing for internet-based license management and activation.

The system allowed engineers to create multiple configuration options so that sales staff could generate quotes for customers without the specific advanced knowledge of the equipment that the engineers possess. Quotes were generated in PDF format.
