I am a highly knowledgeable and motivated accountant with around 19 years of experience. I am actually following a course leading to a BA HONS degree in Business Finance and Accounting at the Open University of Mauritius which will end this year. I have 14 years of experience in financial reporting. I can perform all duties pertaining to the accounts department – Cash Flow, Management Account, VAT, PAYE, NPF & NSF, APS returns, Annual Company filling among others via MSN. I am flexible, focused and maintain a calm and professional demeanour at all times, even when working under pressure. In my previous role I was responsible for the whole accounting department and was providing top management with useful financial data as and when required. In the capacity of an Accountant and Group Finance Manager in the previous organization where I was employed, I have implemented new procedures to control all the outgoing and incoming of funds, which was monitored on a daily basis and reported directly to top management.
