Recruiting through phone call, joining and reliving formalities. Also transferring, screening and directing calls to the relevant department. 4. My Roles and Responsibility in documentation executive field: 1. Preparing import/export check list in logisys portal. 2. BOE / SB filing.

3. Coordinating with import / export regarding shipment details via phone / email.

4. Making delivery order payment for air shipments in timely basis (Expeditors, FedEx, DHL, UPS).

5. Updating AIRWAY bill details in AAICLAS / AIR INDIA portal for EXPORT TC generation. Maintaining balance in both of the website for BC

/ TC purpose.
