Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Polytecnic)
Technical Competencies: Experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects within the specified budget and timeframe.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within the construction industry.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members and subcontractors.
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement project schedules, milestones, and goals.
Manage and subcontractors' work, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction progress, daily reports, and site activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or deviations from plans.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Languages Known: English, Hindi, and Urdu, Arabic with Fluency
Computer Skill: Micro Station, CAD workstation, MS Office, PDS (Familiar)
