I love to be creative, like drawing as a new development very passionate about making music and have spent the better part of 20 years in bartending and mixology. It's a mixology because to me bartending is the art of making a cocktail and developing an experience for the guest. Skill sets in Lean management, and other business management opportunities particularly in most in bartending and service industry. Started in 2005 in a kitchen and bar back within a year works my way up to a bartender and no longer after bar management. Soon after was scouted by The resort in requested to work their regularly for over a year. Upon getting employment there I was only bartender of the main restaurant as well as words The yacht club ran a lakeside bar solely by myself and focusing my name Margarita bar but with a large diversity of liquors from Appleton rum McAllen 15 scotch and of course 19 different tequilas with eight different triple sec. The focus being primarily on and made margaritas but I did pair with his chef to create a martini or a frozen drink similar to like the little ice cream beads. My goal is to entertain educate and help in any way possible because no is not an option as long as with a Little help everything is within a football fields reach. I have created a wife variety of cocktails for seasonal reasons specific bars and lounges to compliment various dishes and smoking uses. I can 6 second bartend or speakeasy bartend. I prefer the speakeasy the art of creating a cocktail and dressing to the nines. Long story short I have been in the service industry majority of my life behind a bar there's not many drinks I can't make on a whim if I don't have ingredients for figure out a suitable compromise.
