Contractor Training Program Manager Johnstone Supply Spanaway, WA 02/2022 – 05/2023
Managed the development and implementation of a large-scale training program for HVACR technicians in the USA.
Continued stellar performance of large training program (470 stores in CONUS and territories; ~23k contractors served), drove engagement with franchise groups, and arranged launch of new hands-on training curriculum that is followed by all groups.
