David Cohen is my first employer he have a dementia my daily work routine to him is the fallowing. In the morning i will transfer him from bed to wheelchair because he cannot walk so i need to lift him and after i will give him shower, chance his clothes and diaper, after i will cook for him, feeding him, giving his medicine, regular exercise, cleaning the house, going around outside, i will drive also for him going to the hospital for his regular check up for his doctor.

My daily work routine to Milton first in the morning i will give him shower, chance is clothes and diaper, cook for him, monitor his blood pressure, giving his medicine,walking outside and do exercise,cleaning the house, buy groceries, i will drive for him also going to the doctor for his regular check up.
