TDSG Lithium-ion battery Gujrat private Ltd., Gujrat TDSG is the India’s first Lithium-ion Battery manufacturing plant in Gujarat which is being set up jointly between TOSHIBA Corporation, DENSO Corporation and Suzuki Motor Corporation to manufacture and supply Lithium-ion battery to Maruti Suzuki and Suzuki Motor Gujarat. The

manufacturing operation will be derived by Suzuki's expertize with contribution of TOSHIBA's cell technology and DENSO's module technology.

Engineer – Production Engineering

Duration: May’ 23 to Present.

Reports to: Deputy Manager.

Achievements:

- Major contribution in New Product Development in lines and prepare documents for same

- Improve Communication & Presentation skill.

- Continual improvements in shop floor trough kaizen. Responsibilities:

- Process Design - PFD, PFMEA, CP, SOP

making with Data on past troubles.

-Preparation for installation of equipment’s.

- Process Buyoff (Qualification & Validation)

- Root Cause Analysis: Each & Every problem,

defect

-Presence at the time of machine installation.

-Confirmation of product accuracy and

evaluation of process capability.

-Defect repair after production line launch.
