Collaborate with the Agency's Financial Management (FM) Group in the Budgeting and Execution Phase to determine the baseline budget cost of each MIP/NIP program for the budget formulation for the budget year and FYDP estimates; Determine new investments and divestments for the budget year and FYDP and provide compelling justification for each estimate; Prepare all budget requests, in collaboration with the FM Group and Directorate Senior Leadership, for the budget year and FYDP; Draft the NIP Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) and MIP Congressional Justification Book (CJB) for the proposes five-year budget cycle.
