Maintain all subsidiary-ledger accounting of the Hospital Auxiliary and other supported entities up to financial statement preparation and reporting as required.

Provide general ledger account reconciliation and other support for the financial month-end and fiscal year-end closings related to fixed assets, construction in-process and depreciation.

Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations for payroll and 340b program accounts.

Provide accounting, analytical and clerical support for audits, budget preparation, leased property and staff services billing and management, forecasting cash flows and special projects as needed.

Played an integral role in the forecasting of Revenues, FTE’s and Expenses for an Annual Operating Budget

Responsible for collecting, reviewing and reporting key metrics for logistics & finance & analysis of financial data for preparation of recommendations.

Actively involved in customer contract management.
