ExecuƟve Assistant, Alabama ConstrucƟon Industry CraŌ Training (CICT) I provided comprehensive administraƟve and financial support for the Alabama ConstrucƟon Industry CraŌ Training Board (CICT). These duƟes included but were not limited to the following:

-Manage all accounts receivable items regarding grantee reimbursement.

-Assisted in the creaƟon of the new Fee RemiƩance program for the CICT Board.

-Manage all aspects of monthly meeƟngs to ensure all members are familiar with items to be discussed on the agendas.

-Provide administraƟve support to the CICT ExecuƟve Director (ED) and Board as required.

-Work with grantees to ensure their invoice logs match mine allowing me to verify they are correct and indicate the correct remaining grant balance

-Manage all grantee invoicing and communicate Grantee's point of contact regarding correcƟons needed to endure prompt payment.

-Manage grantee budgets to ensure that expenses correspond with the Grantee budget, as approved by the CICT Board.

-Maintain standardized forms and processes for grantee submission of invoices. Communicate with grantees as required. Receive, review, and validate all invoices, ensuring valid documentaƟon is included. Route all invoices for approval through ED and RPM Director, then through RPM accountant for payment.

-Manage CICT Fund for the Division of ConstrucƟon Management

(DCM)/Real Property Management (RPM) accountants. Work with local government officials to ensure Ɵmely submission of all collected fees. Maintain current fund status and provide to ED, Board, and RPM/DCM Directors as requested.

-Provide support for CICT MeeƟngs. Schedule meeƟngs and publish noƟce. Prepare agenda, minutes, reports, program updates, etc. as required.

-Monitor and maintain status of all grants, including amounts awarded, invoiced, paid, and remaining. Provide status as requested to ED, Board, RPM and DCM Directors.

-Create/maintain all necessary resources for the CICT Program. Prepare and publish informaƟonal bulleƟns, forms, templates, website content, correspondence, e-mails, etc. as required.

-Manage retenƟon of all CICT Program records in accordance with Records DisposiƟon standards.
