Define health checkpoints, creation of implementation plan, roll back plan, scheduling review with the change advisory board team and seek their review and approval
Review all the SOX change requests to verify whether the changes are properly classified and categorized against the SOX rules
Represent the changes in change advisory board control (CAB) meeting to secure change approval
Ensure deployments in PROD is executed as per the implementation plan and the respective change and tasks are closed after successful validation
Collaborate with application development team and business team to guide them the correct approach of change management process in case of high/critical incident bridges that may affect patient care or would impact the financial data
Respond to all the monthly, quarterly, yearly SOX auditing and compliance questions if any of the change requests are flagged as non-compliant or needs additional justification / details to explain the auditors and make sure that the change is fully compliant
