• Providing rapid cart movement and services to all international passengers entering and exiting Concourses E-and F.
• Assisting international arrival commuters with baggage and arrival/departure information. Ensuring customers
• have passports, documentation and tickets before exiting the recheck area of the world’s busiest international airport.
• Coordinate with Ground Operations concerning the return of checked in bags to passengers who have been offloaded and retag baggage to final destination. Monitor unclaimed baggage and ensure that details are quickly updated so that they can be restored to their rightful owners or to the outstations as quickly as possible.
• Check messages from outstations relating to short, shipped baggage and ensures that those passengers who are affected are notified as soon as they reach the baggage arrival carousels. Handle arriving Rush bags from flights, ensuring that the owners are contacted to advise them of delivery arrangements and then makes those arrangements with the transport company to deliver.
• Customs and Immigrations qualified to provide fast and efficient services to passengers both Local and International. Give proper instruction on vital forms, documents Global Entry and Customs claims. Authorized to escort secondary detained passengers, weapons and contraband. Decipher United States Citizens from Internationals to aid Customs and Immigrations personnel effectively enter commuters into the country. Quarters Recycling Plant (Sorter) (Jun 2014- Oct 2015)
• Perform duties in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Ensure proper PPE is utilized, as well as compliance with proper procedures are adhered to consistently. Inspect materials and sort items or materials into designated areas according to type, size, condition, color, or paper grade.
