Elijah House Foundation- Field Supervisor August 2023-Current

Utilize company vehicles to transport work crews to the designated work sites.

•Monitor and evaluate the day-to-day performance of crew members. Ensuring the safety of the crew members by enforcing company and program partner safety rules and policies.

Conduct daily tailgate safety training with the crew members prior to the start of each workday.

•Coordinate assigned work sites with District Manager and/or program partner designee.

•Train crew members on how to safely perform job duties, compliance with company policies and procedures and critical employment soft skills and transferable skills. Initiating corrective action for non-compliance.

•Accurately complete required daily documentation and submit it to the appropriate department in a timely manner.

•Ensure crew members are equipped with the necessary tools/equipment to safety complete job duties.

•Coordinate with the District Manager to ensure the crew is scheduled to full capacity each day.

•Responsible for completing daily vehicle inspections prior to the start of each shift. Notifying the District Manager of any mechanical issues. Maintaining the proper tools and equipment required to complete the day’s work assignment.

Allied Universal – Lead Security Gard November 2020-May 2022

•Certified security guard with 10+ years of experience in property patrol service and safety compliance during public events, as well as night patrol at various locations.

•Ensured material loss, and showcased excellent communication skills and navigation of advanced security systems and data entry

A.S.S.E.T Private Security – East of Eden July 2020-October 2020

• Monitor multiple high-definition system views for various sites (including East of Eden and Moss Landing dispensaries)

• Be in constant communication between the site supervisor, outside vendors, customers, and employees

• Complete hourly monitor reports using a clear, concise, and error-free format

• Maintain professional appearance including uniform and the display of all related certificates and tools in compliance with company regulations

• Provide excellent customer service and safety satisfaction to outside contractors, and vendors as well as with tap and permanent employees

• Consistently practice careful and quick judgment, in line with company policies, in emergencies, including but not limited to dealing with the violation of property policy, theft, physical altercations, etc.

• Completed Guard Card certification, Baton Permit, and Fire Arm permit
