Assistant Property Manager • Widener Properties, Kirkland Feb 2005 - Aug 2007 Assisted Property Manager with her duties as needed. Answered phones, gave info to callers or took messages for staff members, assisted leasing agents with paperwork, showed property. I worked in the front office, welcoming potential new residents as well as current residents. Toured grounds daily to ensure everything was in order, assigned daily duties to maintenance and housekeeping crews. Filled out repair orders to be completed daily by maintenance. Responsible for daily banking, lease renewals, new resident approvals, updating files and ensuring our office clean and inviting.
