a.Entrusted in the IITS Green Line Bus Rapid Transport Project, where I am serving as a “Supervisor at Operational Control Centre of IITS & Facilities Audit” under the supervision role on behalf of Data Communication & Control Private Limited (DCC). This is a government project to facilitate the transport need of Karachi through metro system.
b.Effective September 2022 till to-date, I’m serving Data Communication & Control Pvt Ltd (DCC) providing support in dealing with the post operation matters of IITS (BRT) project and carrying other responsibilities as well.

Therefore, my vast experience highlights the following:
a)As Admin cum Purchase officer at AKPBSP, I provided support and was responsible for overseeing the general administration of the Institution, including purchase/procurement, petty- cash, personnel leave records, all administrative affairs such as travel, transport, visa, hotel arrangements, stationery, guest relations, etc.
Lately, entrusted responsibilities at AKPBSP, worth mentioning, is during the time of initial pandemic (COVID-19), I was delegated to supervise and handle the procurement of all pandemic related materials such as masks, sanitizers, gloves, and many other pandemic stuff, along with arrangements for food item e.g., rice, tea, ration, etc., for underprivileged children/people etc. In this regard, I was coordinating with FOCUS and National Council for the overall procurement, inventory and auditing of the entire pandemic material, as being In-charge of the Project.
b)As Team Leader at NJI, I am recently experiencing since last two months the industry of insurance
c)Involved in Personal Business for couple of years.
d)At Aga Khan Health Promotion Resource Centre, Aga Khan Health Services, in the capacity of Administrative Officer for one year, I provided support towards administration, where being the Administrator, I was responsible for the entire administrative services of the Institution, which includes maintenance; transport, communications and dispatching; procurement / purchasing / distribution; traveling; visas; hostel affairs; food services affairs, event organization, etc.
b)At Aga Khan University in Uganda, Kenya, East Africa; I was responsible for supporting the Finance and Admin Manager in dealing the admin matters of the Aga Khan Nursing Services of the University.
c)At the Aga Khan Education Services, again I provided support to general administration for thirteen years. Some of the major responsibilities highlight dealing and coordination with education trainers for their hostel / hotel matters; organizing gatherings, meetings, and other activities, assisting in matters like boarding and lodging, visas, baggage etc, and above all handling on day to day basis with hostelites’ who are coming from many different backgrounds, both within Pakistan and internationally.
The umbrella of my responsibilities was also inclusive of major tasks of handling travels and transport of staff, visas handling, procurement / purchases; communication, maintenance of the building, stationery, utilities, and reprographic services of the Organization.
d)At the Aga Khan University, I was responsible for the arrangements of material, preparation of leftover sheets of the food production; providing and testing of the food. Distribution of material to relevant units, etc, along with typing and secretarial work.
e)At Aga Khan Charitable Trust, I was responsible for typing and accounting work.

A.Requisitioning, store-keeping and issuance of stationery and office supplies.
B.Collection, recording and distribution of incoming mail, registering and dispatching of outgoing mail, verification of bills for postage – telegram, telex, utilities, and courier.
C.Printing of office stationery
D.Upkeep and maintenance of building, faculties, and equipment of the office.
E.Ensure provision and controlling wastage of utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water, Telephone, etc)
F.Make physical and administrative arrangements for Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Board meetings, etc.
G.Maintain leave and processing salary payments and overtime for support and casual staff.

A.Arranging travel bookings, tickets, travel and advances, reconfirmation, travel, visas, etc., for official guests and staff.
B.Handling transport requests and assigning duties to drivers and arranging transport for pick and drop of guests and students.
