o Review the quality of materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications, and quality, collaborate with the department for all materials procurement, and maintain the quality of materials.
o Updating and proper recording of the progress of work on a daily basis.
o Checking the installation and closing NCRs before final inspections prior to testing & commissioning.
o Arranging site walk with Site Engineers & QAQC Manager for the purpose of improvement of execution works.
o Issuance of Snag list to Engineers & follow-up for completion work. o Execution of site installation as per approved shop drawings. o Coordination with the civil contractor for mechanical services access. o Handling and monitoring the work as per approved shop drawings. o Support the quantity surveyor (QS) for the contractor’s monthly interim payment by verifying the monthly progress report.
o Clear any technical problems at the site and coordinate with the MEP coordinator.
