EXPERIENCE

VITAL SCIENCES, INC. – Carmel, IN

Full Stack Blockchain Developer June 2021 Present

•I developed a full-stack Token Exchange, a decentralized cryptocurrency application, leveraging Ethereum blockchain technology. This cutting-edge trading platform was designed to support a myriad of trading pairs, enhancing liquidity and accessibility for users.

On the backend, I utilized Solidity to write robust Smart Contracts, ensuring the security and integrity of transactions. For the frontend, I employed ReactJS and Redux to manage complex application states,

providing users with a seamless and intuitive trading experience. The frontend was further enhanced with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

To connect the frontend to the blockchain, I utilized Web3.js, a powerful library for interacting with the Ethereum network, enabling real-time updates and transactions. The development process was streamlined using the Hardhat framework, which facilitated the development, testing, and deployment of the Token Exchange.

For testing, I implemented automated tests using the Mocha testing framework and Chai assertion library, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the Exchange under various scenarios. This rigorous testing approach helped identify and address potential issues before deployment, enhancing the overall quality of the application.

Overall, the Token Exchange project showcased my technical expertise in blockchain development, smart contract programming, frontend development, and testing methodologies. It stands as a testament to my commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency space.

•Developed a full stack application built on Ethereum that lets the user buy and sell Tokens using Ethers at a fixed price, complete with unit tests. All of the data is stored on the public ledger. A browser is used to connect to the front end website written in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JS to connect to the Smart Contracts written in Solidity. The website talks directly to the blockchain. The Token are created using "ERC 20" standard. Automated tests use Mocha testing framework and Chai assertion library.

•I developed a comprehensive full-stack application deployed on the Ethereum blockchain, enabling users to list items for sale and engage in buying and selling transactions. The platform's functionality closely resembled that of Craigslist, offering a decentralized marketplace where transactions are conducted using cryptocurrency, specifically Ethers.

Key features included robust unit testing to ensure the reliability and security of the application. All data pertaining to listed items, including ownership details, was stored securely on the public ledger. The application seamlessly facilitated the transfer of ownership for items purchased with cryptocurrency, automating the process to enhance user experience and streamline transactions.

The implementation of automated tests was carried out using the Mocha testing framework and Chai assertion library, ensuring thorough testing coverage and adherence to best practices in software development.

This project exemplified my proficiency in blockchain technology, smart contract development, decentralized application architecture, and testing methodologies. It underscored my commitment to delivering innovative solutions that leverage blockchain's transformative capabilities to create decentralized and secure platforms.

•Developed a full stack application built on Ethereum that lets the user buy and sell tokens. The application resides on the Blockchain and purchases are made using cryptocurrency (Ethers), complete with unit tests. Complete SRC 20 Standard is used to implement the functionality. All of the data is stored on the public ledger. Whenever someone purchases the token, they instantly become the owner because this application is powered by a smart contract on the blockchain which manages the application.
