The General Manager at Spring Valley Inn. I Was there for about eight years. I oversaw the hiring, supervising, and carrying out duties such as bookkeeping, housekeeping, advertising, maintenance, laundry, plumbing, security, Landscaping, registration, and customer service. I make sure everything goes smoothly and hassle-free for my guest's stay. I have remodeled this hotel from top to bottom with my own bare hands and knowledge, and I have established the handbook with the rules and policies, which have also enforced them. I have doubled the revenue, upgraded, and changed the clientele of Spring valley inn with compliments. From the state fire marshal, State inspector and the city of savage police Sargent Himself. As General Manager, I doubled the revenue and maintained a short waiting list for over three years. I have also moved from a 1.3 hotel to a 2.6 at that time.
