HCL Tech (Reliability Test Engineer – RTE)

September 2022 to Present

●Managing reliability testing at Microsoft partnership Contract Manufacturing Environment.

●Act as one of the primary liaison between Reliability hardware engineering and other departments fostering effective communication and problem-solving thinking.

●Work with the software team to debug and bring up automation tests for Reliability devices.

●Preparing reliability test reports, writing and following test procedures, and other tasks as assigned

●Design and execute accelerated and highly accelerated life tests for components and subsystems.

●Review functional and reliability requirements of system/subsystems to plan reliability/life tests that help evaluate the short/long term compliance with specs.

●Be involved in schematic capture, PCB layout, fabrication, debug, characterization (including statistical analysis), and test package documentation. Assist production test, low yield failure analysis, lot disposition, problem lot troubleshooting to ensure delivery schedules are met. Help improve production test yields and reduce costs through test time and test flow reduction.
