I took over for another recruiter who was failing. I was responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of all open roles, most of which were in R&D, as well as reporting to C-Level leadership weekly on the progress of staffing efforts. Savings through direct sourcing and database mining was in excess of $250,000. Filled all 50+ positions.
