Experiences.

1. 1978 to 1979 line worker.

2. 1979-to-1985-line leader.

a. Responsible for over 100 people and over 25.000 production units

a. I made sure production was completed each day and plan any OT for extra production.

b. Place order for tools/parts so we could disassemble the units.

c. Reported daily production to superiors.

3. 1985 to 1995 Maintenance mechanic/electrician/pneumatic/hydraulic.

a. Repairing blasters, Sand blaster, vibrators, welders, lathe machine. Milling machines, Grinders, Buffers, packing equipment, set-up new and used equipment, set-up racking and conveyors etc.

b. Plumbing work.

c. Electric work from 110V to 480V.

d. Did all types of welding (Tig, Mig, Stick, torch cutting, soldering).

e. Hydraulic trouble shooting and repairs.

f. Did all types of building maintenance: Carpeting, Painting, floor tile installation, roof work, Window installation, hard wood floors.

g. Did car repairs from body work to mechanic?

4. 1995 to 2001 leader of the maintenance shop I add over 20 mechanics and electrician working for me.

a. Created PMs and LOTO for new and existing equipment and implement predictive maintenance. (CMMS) (Comac, Maximo, E-Maintenance).

b. Created work procedure, created forms, created policy’s.

c. I plan the daily PMS and assign them to the mechanics and operators.

d. I plan the work orders and made sure the equipment was repaired.

e. Made sure mechanics were trained on all procedures, polices, LOTO and that they fallow them.

f. Made sure all equipment was running to its maximum capacity.

g. Plan all OT for the shop.

5. 2001 to 2013 I became a project manager.

a. Responsible for all projects managers and the projects

b. I was responsible for the maintenance leaders and their shops for all 5 sites in Philly, two sites in Canada, Harlingen, and Arlington.

c. I performed all government inspections with contractors, Boilers, Elevators, Pressure Vessels, Sprinkler systems, Fire extinguishers, Spray booths, Cranes (I am Certified crane inspector), Generators, Fire alarms (Smoke detectors, Heat Detectors, Alarm Panels) apply for hot works permits.

d. I did all Service contracts for the sites (Snow removal, Landscaping, Pest Control, Roof inspections and others) report all roof leaks (Warranty roofs).

e. I was responsible for most of the projects for the sites including Texas plants

f. I am certified welder and inspector and did all the training and certification for all other employees in the plants.

6. 2013 to 2023 Sr. Facilities Director.

a. Responsible for all facilities and production equipment and support teams (Janitorial, Maintenance, Power equipment and plant superintendents / IE teams and security).

b. Review and approve all leases for properties and power equipment.

c. I negotiated all utilities for all sites and purchased the utilities.

d. I review all projects with project managers.

e. Responsible for Crisis management.

f. CMMS system (Preventive Maintenance)

g. Approved all policies and procedures.

7. Safety I help implementing safety programs and make sure all are trained.

8. Security made sure contracts were approved and that we add security on site at all times
