throughout my time at KFC so am proficient at handling issues when they arise. am

bilingual, can speak both English and Spanish. I’m extremely outgoing, d like to think

that bring a set of energy to a team that is needed for a positive work environment. A skill

that take pride in is the fact that am very understanding, as people we have to realize

that when someone’s ima bad mood it doesn’t necessarily represent their character. It

could stem from an issue that just arose or a dilemma that’s been taking a certain amount

of energy from them which causes them to react in a negative manner. understand that

people have off days and go into issues with that mindset so tend to handle it properly.

I have a good experience working in hotels, it lasts a while in that job which was able to

learn a lot and am interested in learning more new things about work, have a very good

experience with people since can solve problems by talking with people who have a bad

attitude.
