PTTI Buildings, 6 nos. Hostels buildings for Boys & Girls & 6nos. Staff Quarters - Civil Works, Electrical Works, Water Supply, Plumbing & Sanitary works, Drainage Works & Road works.

Activities performed in all above mentioned Projects (Sl. no. 4 to 11): Project Management - Project Planning with resource management. Mobilization of site infrastructure, Equipment, Material, Manpower. Preparation of Work Completion Schedule in MS Project, Job Cost Report and Cash flow, monitoring of day-to-day activities at site with respect to completion schedule & highlighting the critical areas / area of concern to respective site-in-charge to avoid further delays / variance. Subcontractor identification, evaluation of their rates and taking approval from higher authority wherever required & subsequently generation of work orders of Subcontractors. Regular co-ordination with various departments for timely inputs to fulfil project requirement. Finalization of material requirement with purchase department for timely delivery at site. Follow up with accounts department for release of contractor’s payment. Follow up for Submission of Bank Guarantee to client as per contract clause. Tracking of Bank Guarantees submitted contractors for its release or extension if needed. Follow up with Taxation department for issuance of C-form & IT return of contractor. Follow up with Insurance department for opening insurance as per contract. Follow up for payment of premium. Co-ordinate with site and insurance department in case of any claims in project. 12. Year: May’11 to May’12 Location: IISCO Steel Plant (SAIL) at Burnpur, Asansol Client: SAIL Main Project Features: 2nos. Pump House, Scale Pit, Chemical Dose House, Flash Mixer, Clariflocculator, Sludge Thickener, Filter House, 2nos. Elevated storage reservoir, 2nos. Cooling Tower, Electrical Substation, Water transmission & distribution Pipeline System, Construction of 4Km. of Internal Road works. Positions held: Resident Manager
