MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Build relationships by providing quality service to all member inquiries via phone/email/in person.
Open new accounts for persons who qualify based on Credit Union policy.
Process all transactions, deposits, withdraws, transfers, loan payments.
Balance cash drawer and process vault transactions verified by another coworker.
Provide knowledge of all available credit union products to customers

LOAN OFFICER
Possess thorough knowledge of policies, guidelines, and procedures for loans, underwriting, and interest rates.
Review member loan application for accurate information.
Gather all income information and corresponding paperwork associated with loan application.
Obtain credit report from Equifax.
Pull Carfax and NADA reports on vehicle loans for cash-to-value comparisons.
Calculate loan worksheet for member DTI.
Communicate with members, car dealerships, insurance companies, financial institutions, and any other businesses in reference to information regarding member/ loan application.
Perfect and release electronic titles using Dealer Track
Set up automatic loan payments on member accounts.
COLLECTIONS
Promptly alert member(s) of negative share balances
Notify customers via certified letter after 7 days, allowing 10 days for collections.
Record and update collection spreadsheet
CREDIT DISABILITY / LIFE INSURANCE CLAIMS
Gather all required documents and information from members.
File online insurance claim through CUNA Mutual Insurance Company.
Follow up with CUNA and/or member, if necessary.
After approval of claim, apply payment made by CUNA to members’ account.
