The distribution center that I was employed with supplies product all their retail locations within the entire mid-west region in the U.S. As an Officer II for Asset Protection, my duties were centered around the security and protection for all resources from any potential loss. My specific duties varied, but were not limited to:
• Monitoring of all personnel to ensure security procedures were followed
• Maintaining point of entry compliance using software for badge identification
• Logging both inbound and outbound vehicular traffic
• Utilizing software to verify Bill of Ladings while also verifying scheduled deliveries
• Monitoring and directing truck carrier activities
• Conducting security checks inside the premises using scheduled time charts
• Performing perimeter checks by use of the rover
• Utilizing procedural guidelines for providing timely and accurate Incident Reports
• Maintaining communication with other AP Employees when required

• Monitored and investigated security violations and incidents when directed
• Conducting facilities check on company equipment and utilities

The distribution center that I was employed with supplied the company’s retail locations within the Northern part of California, as well as the Northwest States of the U.S. As a shipping and receiving clerk, my duties included, but were not limited to:
• Processing of incoming and outbound packages and parcels
• Directing and monitoring of inbound delivery loads
• Preparing packages and delivery loads for moves to their respective zones
• Documenting and notating item contents for inbound/outbound deliveries
