WORK EXPERIENCE

Morrison Products-Cleveland OH-March 2024 to May 2024 Quality Auditor-inspected various sized blower wheels for air systems and components for the wheels and housings made on various punch presses. I used indicators, calipers, no go gages, pin micrometers, height stand, blade angle, blade count and radius gages, vision check machine to verify wheel that prints out label for my inspection sheet by each audit line, an automatic torque rig (wheel hub torque) and computer connected to a hub bore to check frequency of wheel, all recorded on inspection sheets. I also checked each wheel balancer’s (180-degree variance check) paperwork each audit (every 2 hours) to ensure wheels are properly balanced (variance numbers are in range) after being assembled by press operator; also, a label from each balance machine (2) is placed on their paperwork. At the end of the shift, I recorded scrap from doing hub torques, number of inspections, balances and set-ups on all the punch presses and balancers. (very hot and noisy environment) Staffworks-Willoughby OH- October 2023 to February 2024 Cell Technician- temp at Parker Gas Turbine Fuell Systems Division in Mentor OH; I worked primarily in quality, ran a Zeiss CMM using the Calypso program on various marine, auto and aerospace parts for various customers including military/government contracts; checked finishes using a profilometer; then moved orders to next operation; used Solumina software program to enter CMM and order data for the next operation or to print out reports, depending on type of traveler; helped out when not busy in the macro spray cell during various duties like od gaging, buffing parts, putting them through rinse cycles, painting screws, etc. (temporary job no open positions) Heeter Printing- Eastlake OH- July 2023 to September 2023 Mailroom Helper- at a provider of complex print, direct mail, fulfillment and digital marketing to several industries such a medical and education; I performed various duties such as stuffing, sealing, stamping, addressing and video printing envelopes, ran a Flowmaster machine which folds and puts inserts into envelopes and seals them; sorted letters from the conveyor belt into bins for mail prep; also ran a tabletop machine that folds the inserts and puts into envelopes and an envelope sealers; tagged bins to put on skids, used a pallet jack to move skids and any help needed to process various orders. (seasonal work not fulltime)

Slabe Machine Products- Willoughby OH- November 2022 to May 2023 In-process inspector- at a manufacturer of small, complex aerospace parts including military and government contracts, performed floor inspection (to check for visual defects or discrepancies) for machines such as CNC, Milling, Swiss, Water Jet, Multi-Spindles and grinders; ran the Zeiss CMM (uses Calypso program) frequently to check parts with programs (for operators and/or for my own inspection), printed out documents for machinists such as visual dimension documents; supported process improvement with machinists and supervisors; checked yellow tags, to move finished trays onto the next operation such a different machine or outside processes; used various hand gages (calipers, micrometers, pin gages), comparators, smart scope, Keyence, concentricity gage, height stand, depth gage, indicators, profilometer, made molds for id checks; counted inventory Meritec- Painesville OH- January 2022 to August 2022 Quality Inspector- (temp until May through Hartman Personnel before hired in) I started in electronic assembly; trimming and cutting cables and various components involving high performance electrical and electronic interconnect systems and connectors using visual and handiwork skills, such as using a soldering stick, metal hand clippers and pneumatic machinery; worked primarily in quality (mold department); did hourly floor checks and first pieces (recording measurements on inspection sheets) on components molded from machines (such as a Cincinnati Milacron and Arburg Mold); used calipers, microscopes, pin gages, micrometers and a pull tester; visually checked boxes of completed mold parts; worked in the PSI (pre-shipping inspection) area, inspecting completed products such as cables and various electronic components before shipping, using tape measure/ruler, UV light to verify product was tested and wrote up a certificate of conformance and updated records on pc.
