I am a kind professional with >30 Years experience working in EO EG plant. I have experience of working in 4 plants from the construction time to the successfully commissioning the same.

Along with monitoring the plant, I was assigned to train the local Malaysians.

I was assigned to make EO plant Certification Test paper for the locals. Also audited the SOPs and updated.

I was certifying the written test papers on EO plant appeared by the locals.

I was assigned to train the locals on Instruments and DCS working for all the four groups.

I had conducted a training session on EO plant for the staff of EOG department.

Almost 70% of the EO plant colleagues took training of ESS -1 of EO plant, I was explaining in simplified way to remember all the trips systems.

It also included Monitoring the Ethylene Oxide and Glycol Plant for smooth operation with products on spec, maintaining safety and integrity.

Check the Catalyst behaviour and adjust the ingredients as requested to maintain the efficiency of the Catalyst.

Find out any issues related to the catalyst performance, analysers, instruments, equipment, production, inventories, daily. Optimizing plant Process Control system and reduction / prevention of unplanned events.

Prepared the Turn Around item lists, carry out start up shut down, shutdown inspection and raise valid suggestions.

Handled process emergencies and guided the locals on handling the process issues.

Confirming the scheduled switch over of the equipment are carried out without issues.

Be present to see that critical checking of the instruments and analysers are done as per the SOPs without getting issues and making sure the affected departments are notified before carrying out the operations.

Taken active part in the Safety, Suggestions, Root cause investigating etc. meetings and different training programs to keep update.
