Maintenance & Operations Process Enhancements

Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various LHP & HHP Diesel Engines & Alternators to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability.

Conceptualizing & implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance and maintaining requisite documents for the same.

Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis.

Carrying out overhauling work of equipment, /Sales/ modifications, and major repairs to improve equipment efficiency by faultfinding; conducting performance trials of engineering equipment to establish standards before & after major repairs.

Involved in maintenance/Service/ Sales/ Erection, Testing, Commissioning/Training (project)of various types of MAN/Wartsila/Kirloskar /Perkins/MTU /Valvo Penta/Cummins/Greeves high /Medium /speed diesel engine from L.H.P to H.H.P & all auxiliaries Air system, Exhaust system,DM Plant/cooling system (Heat exchanger/Radiator) pertaining to Diesel engine on land, material handling and marine Basis site in India and Maldives/Bangladesh (Abroad).

Planning for workmen in service, AMC visit, Travelling at site and checking the spares and equipment performance and conditions.

Arranging and Sales the spares for equipment from manufacturer and local vendor.

Monitoring site expenses and what is necessity action for controlling

Handling the workorder management for spare as per schedule maintenance for different OEM.

Maintain the office systematically and placing documents and spares as per their designated cupboard.

Handled a team of 12 – 20 people.

Taking daily and monthly, weekly report from technician and operators for engine reading, engine performance, spares inventory, miss/accident register, log book reading and settle the issue and taking corrective action to prevent such incident in future.

Taking quick actions for breakdown of equipment and safety failure of engine and man power.
