Responsible for supervising QA Inspectors on daily activities and assist with any quality questions or criteria issues.
Management of Document Control including but not limited to:
Processing, Deviations and Corrective Actions.

Maintaining all Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Troubleshooting and resolution of quality issues.
Communicate with production team members and supervision to help identify and correct non-conformances.
Actively participate in the initiation, investigation and validation of corrective actions.
Understand all processes within the factory.
Work with Process Engineering to identify and implement process improvements.
Ability to use hand measuring tools including Calipers, micrometers and pin gauges. Familiarity with surface mount tools such as, height gauges and gauge blocks.
Capable of performing process or product measurement using basic measuring tools, i.e., calipers, micrometers.
