It brings me great joy to help others. Iʼm a caregiver by nature. Iʼve worked with animals for 20 or more years and Iʼm ready to work with the elderly now. I was lucky enough to be able to help my husbandʼs grandmother for 6 months or more by staying with her for company. I prepared easy meals for her, helped her shower and dress, light house cleaning, gave her medications at designated times, most importantly I learned how to change her colostomy bag.
