Reason of leaving/experience:

I had to leave Care Bear because I ended up moving to GA! My experience there was great, I’ve always had a passion for kids and loved the care giving roll! My position there was a floater I was with all ages such as infants, toddlers, 4-8 yrs old! I worked M-F from about 7:30am- 5pm! I grew up with 5 siblings so I’ve always had to learn how to take care of them!

Reason of leaving:

I left because it wasn’t my thing, food wasn’t my type of job I wanted to get up and keep doing! Would’ve been able to put up better with it if the management was way better, I would open up at 4am by myself 6 days a week, and get off around 12pm. I would be running the drive thru, front desk, barista, and food prepping all by myself some days because the workers would leave and go to the car and do illegal activities together. The manager wouldn’t come in until about 1 pm which wasn’t until I left!
