• Demonstrated success in managing the Commercial Division of Accounting overseeing monthly preparation, analysis, and distribution of financial statements (both cash and accrual basis accounting) for over 105 commercial and retail properties of more than 7.8 million square feet and tenants ranging from small independent businesses to national tenants to government leases with General Services Administration (GSA).

• Monthly preparation, analysis, and distribution of financial statements for 30 properties for Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and mixed-use properties on both cash and accrual basis.

• Extensive background in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year end financial statements/reporting packages, preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling monthly bank statements to the general ledger.
