Client #7: PNC Bank, Pittsburg, PA July 2022 – Present

Scrum Master / Product Owner / BSA

Performed the role of a Product Owner, Scrum Master and BSA. Led agile adoption for teams to enable business agility allowing for transformation, digital and data initiatives with focus on built-in-compliance & quality.

Involved in handling multiple projects at any given time:

1. Electronic Signature (E-Sign) and Digitizing of the new client onboarding documentation to provide a better user experience.

2. AML and the digitizing of the KYC process (for Retail and Commercial / Institutional Banking).

3. Enhancement Flex which involves enhancements to the existing Pinnacle Product. Here we undertook 33 releases in a year. The Cyber Risk monitoring tool is a tool used by Verizon to assess & analyze the security vulnerabilities in the infrastructure being used by its clients. This tool provides a vulnerability score and a vulnerability report. This report helps the client better their cybersecurity practices. It also shows how they are doing compared to similar businesses in the same industry.

Responsibilities:

Drove the adoption and enforcement of Scrum rules, removing impediments, fostering self-management and empowering teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionality.
