Before initiating migration, we use to send mail to customers i.e. kickoff mail and we have updates to customer about the migration status. We will send final mail to customer along with the summary report and error report once migration got completed. For File share migration used SPMT, SMT and Share gate tools. Local shares from customer's VM to One Drive (O365). For GDrive & Box migrations used Metalogic tool. Data from Google drive to One Drive (O365).
