Ergonomic Program Inventory Control Specialist

Responsible for providing a full range of comprehensive ergonomic inventory services operations with frequent need to research and resolve multi-faceted problems to ensure Health Services Department Ergonomics program customers’ needs are met; supporting approximately 9,000 employees onsite and remotely.

Maintain ergonomic inventory by conducting 100% weekly inventory, improve inventory accountability by pulling all materials and monitoring who has access to materials.

Submit restock requests, monitor cycle and ship time, and conduct regular follow ups with install teams and employees to ensure installs/deliveries are completed; updating/closing ergonomic reports.

Monitor ergonomic dashboard for new hires with new and broken equipment requests, deploy ergonomic equipment and ensuring new employees have an ergo chair at or shortly after first day of employment.
