Job Profile and Responsibilities: -
Production Planning/Control: -
Understand customer requirements and convert it into daily plans, weekly, monthly and annual, adjust plans wherever there are deviations, monitor work in progress, ensure adequate stocks of finished goods/ raw material packing material and smooth flow of components, and prepare an annual budget to incorporate costs in order to minimize costs and delivery times.
Production Supervision/ Monitoring: -
Supervise production of goods of quality and in adequate numbers according to demand by customers, organize production in shifts, identify and resolve all bottlenecks, identify all are which need improvement and stabilize production flows in order to meet customer demand terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
Logistics & Dispatch: -
Supervise dispatch of finished goods, ensure availability and upkeep of palettes to customers to meet demands, liaise with transporters to deliver products on time, negotiate with transporter on freight costs, and generate invoices in order to meet delivery timelines and expectations.
