On a daily basis I operated a government vehicle to cover the Interior Entrance Station breaks.

I also assisted the supervisor with fee compliance audits (road audits) to insure proper park passes sold by the Northeast entrance staff as well as the Interior entrance staff.

I maintained to ensure that all entrance stations were cleaned and well stocked with supplies.

When the Supervisor was absent I issued park passes to other Visitor Use Assistants and was responsible for keeping accountability log books accurate and up-to-date.

Provided encouragement, guidance and direction to fee collectors and actively supported team decisions.

During the winter of 2008 and 2009 I provided coverage in the visitor center, working directly with visitors and answering any questions they may have had. I also assisted with the education programs for the school systems, which included the distance learning programs.
