Lilly Main Campus - Indianapolis, IN – PM for a 5 floor remodel and mechanical room renovation in office space at main building

Old National Bank – Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan – CM for several branch renovations ranging from $10,000 to $1.2 million

Purdue University Athletic Complex, – PM, $60M

IAA Old Terminal Demolition - Indianapolis, IN – CM for $5M demolition of terminal, concourses, 6 story office building, and tarmacs that included asbestos abatement, fuel tank removals, and underground demolition /preservation and / or repairs for utilities

o Other types of projects: banking facilities, university housing and facilities, hotels, sporting and entertainment venues, graineries, power plants, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, senior living facilities, K-12, high-rises, retail centers, tenant build-outs, and military bases

Responsibilities in various positions have included but were not limited to:

Pre-bid and bid associated activities

-Plan, bid and specification issuance and review

-Material pricing and procurement

-Contract issuance and review

-Value engineering and estimating

-Obtaining required and special permitting

Project activities

-Scheduling and managing personnel and equipment / materials (both direct and indirect)

-Organizing, leading and/or attending project progress meetings and/or owner meetings, tracking overall project progress and costs, change order pricing / tracking / review / management, RFI issuance / generation / tracking, trade coordination, AIA billing and collection or approval, minority participation utilization tracking and subcontracting, submittals, and all associated close-out documentation

-Establishing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards set forth by OSHA as well as those required by individual owners’ agencies or industries

-Training, sales and promotions, operations, staffing, goal setting and monitoring, market awareness and trending conditions

-Providing technical knowledge and related presentations to architects and contractors

-Performing site inspections to ensure code compliance, UL designs and ASTM standards are met, and installation is performed properly to reduce deficiencies

-Creating and implementing quarterly personnel meetings for field employees and initiating a maintenance program for equipment to reduce on-site downtime

-Attending or hosting networking events with and for clients to grow market share.

Project scope activity and knowledge is all-inclusive from groundbreaking to top-out. Volume ranges from $5,000 to $900,000,000. Number of direct reports spans from 25 to 50 (i.e., company field employees, trade project managers or field leaders, etc.). Typically, simultaneously managed 10 crews for self-performed or subcontract work.
