PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Branch Manager - Super deal Hardware Limited Uganda Feb 2024 to date

Supervise duties and operations carried out throughout the entire branch by managing staff and resources.

Schedule meetings with the staff members to check on performance and improvement measures.

Assign duties and responsibilities to the staff within the branch.

Handle and resolve customer complaints with in the branch and Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

Share knowledge with other branches and management on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.

Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans as we meet sales and revenue goals and metrics.

In charge of management of debtors and ensuring that debts are properly controlled

Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.

Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Monitor stock levels of the branches on a daily basis and ensure that the branch is fully stocked up

Prepare stock reconciliations between system stock and physical stock on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the stock management system – both quantities, selling prices, and cost prices.

Maintain records of prices, purchases, sales and discounts.

Address all stock quality related queries presented quickly and completely; so as to assist in achieving the desired customer service levels.

Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted and addressed in a timely manner.

Ensure that stock at all branches is organized in a manner that makes it visible, accessible and traceable.

Ensure that all stock related Health & Safety policies and procedures are complied with and fully maintained.

Premium Cash Officer - Wave Money Transfer Limited Jan 2022 to November 2022

Over seeing the Daily transaction and Operations of business at the premium agent shops interms transfering money and recieving money.

Daily vérification of cash and Rebalancing of cash house Agents with both cash and float for business Operations.

Carrying out deposits and Withdraws of both cash and float for Customer and Agents through rebalances

Ensuring that all cash management transactions are correctly recorded in the treasury system.

Maintain regular communication with the Agents and customers using call cards by the help of Front to call customers and Agents to check on their performance.

Handling disputes between the Customer the Agents with in terms of money transfers.

Support in the coordination of liquidity Operations in the area that is the entire Mukono region.

Training clients and new team members how to use the Wave mobile App or the quick réponse cards in order for them to carry out transactions efficiently.

For over 10 years, I have worked with J Supi Forex Bureau where I have been exposed to several finance operations, administrative functions, and customer service including:

Coordinating and Communicating information as regards constant fluctuations of foreign currency rates as well as mentoring and supporting new staff.
