My name is Terry McKelvey and I reside on James Island, South Carolina. I am a licensed GC and Residential Builder in S.C. In addition, I am a Registered Roof Observer, EIFS/Stucco 3rd. Party Inspector, and a Moisture Intrusion Specialist. I am a member of IIBEC, ABAA and EDI. Currently I am studying to get sit for the CABS certification through ABAA. I have been in the Forensic-Construction-Building Envelope industry in SC for over 25 years. The purpose for my short CV introduction is to inquire about any current or future positions, that my work experience and qualifications might serve your company well. In August of 2023, I completed a 30 Month, 25 SF, EIFS, 3rd Party Inspection contract with the USACE/DOD & JV-General Contractor. After a short break, I accepted a RRO job in Savannah, Ga. for Garland, of the Historic Bull St Library. In addition, I have long standing clients that I do restoration and remolding work for. Currently, I am seeking a full-time or part- time position that will aid and serve your company. I am the single employee owner of my business, EST2, LLC. Fully licensed and GL insured. I am willing to travel, and my fee schedule is well below what Engineering firms would charge to retain their 3rd Party Inspection Services.
