Employee Referral Program

WonderWorks takes great pride in its recruitment and selection process—a process which resulted in you joining our organization. Our past experiences indicate that one of the best sources for candidates are often located through our existing employees. That’s where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to WonderWorks, you may be awarded a referral bonus!

Active employees of WonderWorks are eligible to refer candidates, who if hired and complete 90 calendar days of employment with no write-ups, will result in your receipt of a referral bonus in the amount of $500 (less standard deductions) for Director, Manager, Administrative or Tech Positions. All other positions are eligible to receive a referral bonus of $250 (less standard deductions) after the employee completes 90 calendar days of employment with no write-ups.

Program Rules:

• No referral bonuses are paid for referral of relatives or household members in accordance with our pre-existing handbook policies.

• Human Resource department employees and Managers to whom a candidate will report are excluded from receiving referral bonuses.

• Once a referral is hired, they must complete 90 calendar days and a minimum of 216 hours of service with no write-ups.

• In the event the same candidate is referred by more than one employee, the date of the earliest referral will govern.
