•Restructured the facility from the ground up overseeing fresh staff development and program.

Life Recovery of the Palm Beaches is an extremely well respected SAMH treatment facility specializing in Mental health, dual diagnosis and trauma treatment. The company was launched first by a series of Recovery Residences that were 1 of 12 to meet all newly regulated standards for FARR and DCF as of July 1st, 2016, followed by the successful launch of the IOP, OP programs and finally the Day Night w community housing program. Gender specific Male only treatment is provided by individuals seeking assistance with substance abuse and mental health issues.

Organizational Program Development

•Spearheaded from inception the planning phase of all operations and departmental policies and procedures for each business sector for this newly established treatment center.

•Perform operational oversight of all moving parts of the organization— Program Development, Business Development, Internal Hiring, Training & Development, Facilities Management, Policy & Procedure implementation, Quality Assurance, Daily Operational systems and practices, Residential Living Facility House Management (10 Recovery Residents), and DCF Licensing requirements.
