The Director of Contract Operations is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and recording business contracts across the various divisions of Synagro. My duties, among others, includes researching contract’s terms, alerting parties to renewals or extensions, and tracking all communications between Synagro and various client accounts and/or vendors/contractors. The Sponsored Programs and Grants Manager is responsible for AURA’s day-to-day operational oversight and management of sponsored programs and grants activities. AURA’s sponsored programs portfolio includes cooperative agreements, grants, and government contracts.
