Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for a day to day administrative operations including managing office documentation, Vendor and client follow-ups
Document statement of work contracts subcontracts and change orders for projects
Work with insurance providers for General liability insurance requirements for new project contracts
Manage vendor relationship and payment follow-ups
Coordinate travel plans and manage expense reports
Utilize various software packages to produce professional quality reports, letters, presentations and other documents.
Receive and respond to routine correspondence follow-up
Maintain general files, orders supplies, screens phone calls and coordinates meetings
Coordinate scheduling interviews and the pre-employment process for new hires
Maintain HR files in standard format ready for auditing
Maintain and file applicant information confidentiality
Responsible for correspondence and communication to employees
Generate reports as requested by management
